Introducing Tulleys Christmas Lights Festival, New For 2024!

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for approachable, outgoing individuals with brilliant customer service.

Our Christmas Lights Festival will be open during the evenings from 4pm – 10pm.

Please note, under 18's old MUST have parental consent and MUST have completed their GCSE examinations. We do not accept applications from anyone under 16 years old.

Job Roles:

Admissions Team (Welcoming customers, scanning tickets, explaining the event and general customer service)
Retail Team (Selling retail gifts at our onsite Christmas market)
Park Services (keeping the Christmas Lights site clean and tidy, assisting with basic maintenance issues and supporting all other team members)
Stewarding (Assisting visitors on all information to do with the light trails & shows)
Doughnuts (Prepare and sell our freshly made doughnuts while ensuring compliance with food and hygiene standards. Handle orders and payments efficiently using a till. Monitor and replenish stock levels as needed to maintain smooth operations.)
Bar Team- (18+ Preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Using a till to take orders and process payments. Checking customers identification and age verification. Maintaining a clean and organised bar area. Monitoring and replenishing stock levels as needed)
Coffee - Serving high quality beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Maintaining a clean and organised environment, handling transactions on the till systems and stocking supplies.
