Job Description

The Tulleys Family Christmas experience is back for 2023 and is bigger and better than ever!

Growing in popularity each year, we are looking for the best of the best to help us bring this magical event to life.

Please note that we do not accept applications from anyone under 16 years of age and applicants under 18 must have completed their GCSE examinations and have parental consent to work.

If you love Christmas, making magical memories, working hard, having fun and interacting with people then we want to hear from you!

Job Roles:

Admissions team	Welcoming customers, scanning tickets, explaining the event and general customer service
Retail team	Selling merchandise and Christmas gifts as well as being an information point for the event
Bar team (over 18s only)	Serving coffee, alcoholic and soft drinks at our alpine bar.
Attraction host team	Interacting with children and binging our ginger bread decorating, build a bear, reindeer food making, 3D cinema, post house and elf forest attractions to life. Managing the queue lines for our interactive shows.
Games team	Running our secondary spend elf paintball games
Donut / coffee team	Serving coffee and donuts in our Christmas coffee kiosk
Ice skating team	Handing out skates, marshalling and managing the ice rink
Sleigh ride team	Managing the queue for the tractor drawn sleigh ride to see father christmas
